LG has just launched the LG K3 LGLS450 for the Virgin Mobile USA and Boost Mobile. The LG K3 is a budget android phone that costs $80 only. It can be purchased without any annual contract from Virgin Mobile USA. The phone features Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 chipset with 1.1 GHz quad-core CPU and 1 GB RAM. The internal storage is 8 GB out of which only 3.10 GB is user available. The storage can be further upgraded to 32 GB via a microSD card. The phone weighs only 4.48 oz (127 grams). It runs android 6.0 Marshmallow OS.
LG K3 has a 4.5 inches touchscreen. The display resolution is FWVGA which 854x480 pixels. The display though is not protected by Gorilla Glass. The main camera is of 5 MP with an LED flash and the selfie camera is just a VGA camera. The 5 MP camera can record HD videos at 1280x720 pixels.
Coming to the connectivity options. LG K3 has all basic connectivity options like the Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Mobile hotspot and Bluetooth tethering. The GPS is managed by Qualcomm IZat for enhanced location accuracy. The Wi-Fi is single band b/g/n.
